This is an application brought in terms of Section 160 of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) for an order confirming that the name of EL MONDI PROJECTS (PTY) LTD with registration number 2022/233888/07 does not satisfy the requirements of Section 11 of the Companies Act and that the First Respondent be directed by the Companies Tribunal (“the Tribunal”) to choose a new name, as provided for in Section 160(3)(b) (ii) of the Companies Act.
