This is an application for a Default Order determining, in terms of Section 160 of the Act and Regulation 153 of the 2011 Regulations, that:
- the First Respondent’s company name, ‘’KAP INDUSTRIALS (Pty) Ltd’’ does not satisfy the requirements of Sections 11 of the Act, and
- that First Respondent should be directed to change its name as provided for in Section 160 (3)(b)(ii) of the Act.
