The applicant applies to the Companies Tribunal (“Tribunal”) in terms of regulation 142(3)(b)(ii) of the regulations under the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“Companies Act”) (GNR 351 of 26 April 2011) (“Companies Act regulations” / “regulation/s”) for an order for the variation or the rescission of a decision by the Companies Tribunal.
