The parties appeared before the Tribunal whereby the Applicant filed and application in terms of section 160 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (the “Act”). The Applicant requested an order directing the Respondent to change its name because it does not comply with section 11 of the Companies Act. The Respondent opposed this application.
