This is an application in terms of which Famous Brands Management Company (Pty) Limited is objecting to the registration of the company name of Prince Burger (Pty) Limited on the register of companies in terms of sections 11(2)(b) and 11(2)(c) and 160 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008) read with regulations 13, 142 and 153 of the Companies Regulations, 2011.
