This is an application for a Default Order determining, in terms of Section 160 of the Act, that:
(i) the First Respondent’s company name, “BRYTE VISION TECH (Pty) LIMITED” does not satisfy the requirements of Sections 11 of the Act, and
(ii) that First Respondent should be directed to change its name as provided for in Section 160 (3)(b)(ii) of the Act.
