The Applicant is required in terms of the company’s constitution and Article 12.1 of the company’s Memorandum of Incorporation to hold its annual general meeting within not more than 180 days after the end which financial yearend is the last day of February each year and the Annual General Meeting would be held by the end of August of each year.
