This is an application for a Default Order in terms of regulation 153 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (hereinafter referred to as “the Companies Act” or “the act” ), requesting the Companies Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as “the tribunal”) to make and issue a default order against the second respondent in terms of sections 11(2) and 160 of the act and regulation 142 read with regulation 153(2) of the Companies Regulations, 2011 (the regulations).
