This is a review application requesting the Companies Tribunal (the Tribunal) to:
- Set aside the Respondent’s decision to reject the reservation of the name “HOEDSPRUIT PAWS NPC” because it is confusingly similar to “HOEDSPRUIT PAWS”.
- Direct the Respondent to reserve and register the proposed name “HOEDSPRUIT PAWS NPC”.
