The ex parte application is brought by Advocate Mlandu Kona, duly authorised by a shareholder’s resolution to act on behalf of the Applicant in requesting this Tribunal to grant it a two-month extension to hold its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) from 31 May 2024 to no later than 31 July 2024.
