The Applicant seeks an order granting a time extension to convene its AGM, although the founding affidavit leaves much to be desired. This, unfortunately, gives rise to difficulties in both procedure and the substantive case made out; but fortunately, I have had the benefit of reading the
three decisions already handed down by three other members of the Tribunal.
