This is an application in terms of section 160 (3) (b) (i) and Regulation 153 of the Companies Act No. 71of 2008 (‘’the Act’’). The Applicant applies for a default order that the Respondent be ordered to reserve a contested name ‘’CARBON BREW’’ in terms of section 160 (3) (b) (i) of the Companies Act.
