The applicant applies to the Companies Tribunal in terms of section 61(7)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 for an extension of the date of its Annual General Meeting (AGM)of Shareholders of the 20th May 2015 to the 19th February 2016. The applicant also applies for the condonation of time of its late application for an extension of the date of its AGM.
