This Application is brought before the Tribunal against the Respondent in terms of Regulation 168 (4)(ii) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, and CIPC practice notice 2/2019 in that CIPC failed to adhere to the requirements set out in the Regulation and practice notice 2019, upon receipt of form COR 168, submitted to it, by an unauthorised individual.
