This is a default application for a determination order stating that:
- The Respondent’s name does not satisfy the requirements of s11(2) of the Act and
- The CIPC should have rejected the Respondent’s name because it is confusingly similar to the Applicant’s; thus, the CIPC erred when it registered the Respondent’s name.
