This Application is brought in terms of section 71(8)(b) read with section 69 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, to remove a director from office. A Company Director with less than 3 (three) directors may apply for the tribunal for the removal of another director by completing from CTR 142 form of the Companies Regulations issued in terms of section 180 to 184 with a supporting affidavit attached to the form.
