This is an application in terms of section 160 (3) (b) (ii) and Regulation 153 of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 (‘’the Act’’). The Applicant applies for a default order that the Respondent be ordered to change its name, ‘’ES PROJECTS‘’ because it does not comply with section 11 of the Act.
