The applicant applies to the Companies Tribunal (“the Tribunal”) in terms of section 61 (7) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”) and regulation 142 of the regulations in terms of the Companies Act (GNR 351 of 26 April 2011) (“the regulations”) for an extension to hold its annual general meeting (“AGM”).
