This is a default application brought in terms of section 160 of the Companies Act (CA) for an order confirming that the First Respondent’s name does not satisfy the requirements of section 11 of the CA, and that the First Respondent be directed by the Companies Tribunal (the Tribunal) to choose a new name, as provided for in Section 160(3)(b)(ii) of the CA.
