This is an objection to the registration of the company name Proudly Bidvest (Pty) Limited in terms of sections 11(2)(a), 11(2)(b), 11(2)(c) and 160 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008) read with regulations 13 and 142 of the Companies Regulations, 2011.
