The Applicant brought this default application in terms of regulation 153(1) of the Companies Regulations 2011 for an order in terms of Section 160(1) of the CA that the name Nash Financial Services (Pty) Ltd., does not satisfy the requirements of section 11 of the Act, and that the first Respondent be directed by the Companies Tribunal (the Tribunal or the CT) to choose a new name, as provided for in section 160(3)(b)(ii) of the Companies Act.
