In this application, the Companies Tribunal (“the Tribunal”) is required to determine whether the First Respondent’s name satisfies the requirements of section 11(2) of the Companies Act. Further that, should the Tribunal find that the First Respondent’s name offends against section 11(2) of the Companies Act, to direct the First Respondent to choose a new name, as provided for in Section 160(3)(b)(ii).
