This is an application for an exemption from the requirement to appoint a Social end Ethics Committee in terms of s 72 (5) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008. The applicant is a public company duly registered and incorporated in terms of the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The applicant was incorporated as a special purpose vehicle with the sole purpose of issuing term notes and a Residential Mortgage Back Securities Program Furthermore it is required to administer this program, commonly referred to as securitization scheme and it is registered with the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE).
