Although Applicant has not cited clearly the provisions, this is presumably an application in terms of Section 160 of the Act for a determination order:
(a) that the decision of the Respondent not to approve the proposed name “Window Art” be set aside, and
(b) that the Respondent be directed to reserve the said proposed name.
