On 16 July 2019 Applicant lodged the CTR142 form seeking relief from this Tribunal for the removal of Respondent as Director of the company in terms of S71(8) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”). On 23 July 2019 the application was delivered electronically to, and served personally by Applicant’s attorney on, Respondent’s attorneys of record.
