This is a default application in terms of regulation 153(1) of the Companies Regulations 2011 for an order in terms of Section 160(1) of the CA that the First Respondent’s name Milpark Day Hospital (Pty) Ltd. does not satisfy the requirements of section 11(2)(a), 11(2)(b) and 11(2)(c)(i) of the Act, and that the First Respondent be directed by the Companies Tribunal (the “Tribunal” or the “CT”) to choose a new name, as provided for in section 160(3)(b)(ii) of the Companies Act.
