The Applicant filed a Form CTR 145 on 11 July 2023, applying to the Companies Tribunal (the “Tribunal” or the “CT”) for a default order in terms of regulation 153(1) of the 2011 Companies Regulations, that the name VALUE CHAIN INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS (Pty) Ltd. conflicts with the provisions of Sections 11(2)(a)(i) and (iii), and 11(2)(b)(i) of the CA in terms of Section 160(1) of the CA.
