This is an application for the review and setting aside of an administrative decision taken by the Respondent, in terms of which it refused to reserve the proposed name applied for by the Applicant. The Applicant further prayers for the Respondent to reserve the name “Assemblies of Christ Church” as applied for by the Applicant.
