The Applicant filed a Form CTR 145 for a default order application in terms of regulation 153(1) of the Companies Regulations 2011 for an order in terms of Section 160(1) of the CA that the name Global Labournet (Pty) Limited does not satisfy the requirements of section 11(2)(b)(i) of the Act, and that the First Respondent be directed by the Companies Tribunal (the “Tribunal” or the “CT”) to change its name.
