The applicant has requested from the Companies Tribunal (“Tribunal”), an extension (or condonation, as would be more technically correct) of time to hold its annual general meeting (“AGM”) until 31 March 2023. This request arises from the fact that a transaction, which had a material effect on the applicant’s financial status, was only concluded with the developer of the estate at the end of November 2022.
