The applicant herein is an entity in what appears to be four companies wholly-owned by another entity called Blue Granite Investments Owner Trust. I had the privilege of writing decisions in respect of applications launched in all four Blue Granite Investments entities, together with other two entities which also appear to be related to the four.Due to the similarities, both in facts and law, I have used the same drafting template in all these decisions. I decided against handing down a consolidated decision.
