The Applicant brought this default application for an order in terms of Section 160 (1) of the CA for an order that the First Respondent’s company name LIBERTY GOLD WEALTH MANAGEMENT (Pty) Ltd. does not satisfy the requirements of section 11 of the CA, and that the First Respondent be directed by the Companies Tribunal (the “Tribunal” or the “CT”) to choose a new name, as provided for in section 160(3)(b)(ii) of the CA.
