The applicant objects to the first respondent’s use of the name YOUNG PRESIDENTS’ ORGANISATION, which it alleges it infringes upon its registered trademark in South Africa. The applicant approached the Tribunal to order the first respondent to change its current company name to the name which is not
confusingly identical or similar to YOUNG PRESIDENTS’ ORGANISATION, which is the Applicant’s trademark registered under different classes.
