This is an application made in terms of s160 (1) and s162 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (‘the Act’) read together with Regulations 13 and 142 of the Companies Regulations 2011 to the effect that the name of first respondent’s company, Exemplar Architects (Pty) Limited, failed to satisfy the requirements of s 11 (2)(b) and s 11 (2) (c) (i) of the Act and that accordingly first respondent be directed by this Tribunal to choose a new name as provided for in s 160 (3) (b) (ii) of the Act.
