This is an application in terms of Section 160 of the CA for a determination and an order that the name of the First Respondent, MANDELA METRO SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD., registration number 2018/476474/07, does not satisfy the requirements of Section 11 of the CA, and that the First Respondent should be directed by the Companies Tribunal (the “Tribunal” or “CT”) to change its name, as provided for in Section 160, particularly Section 160(3)(b)(il) of the CA, or to choose a new name.
