The essence of her case is delinquency. Delinquency is dealt with in section 162 of the Companies Act. Section 162(2) states who can bring the application. Such an application must be brought to a court. Hence the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear such a matter. The Respondent indicates further that the Applicant was not a director.
