The applicant has brought an ex-parte application wherein they are seeking an
order to change its financial year end from end of February to 30th June. The
reason advanced by the applicant for the change of the financial year is that they
have been brought by imperial Holdings Limited which its financial year end is
the 30th June. They further submit that at the time of the negotiations of the sale,
there was an agreement that their financial year end should be change to be in
line with that of Imperial Holdings Limited which is the 30th June. Therefore, they
are of the view that their application is been made under a Special Condition.
