This Application was served at the business address of the Respondent by Postnet Courier service 18th April 2016 (copy of Postnet PN8981643 is attached to the papers). To date, the Respondent has not filed an answering affidavit in response to the Applicant’s application for relief and I am consequently satisfied that the Respondent’s lack of participation in these proceedings is not due to lack of service.
