In October 2015, the applicant launched an application (under the very same case number as appearing above) in terms of section 160 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (the Companies Act). The applicant objected, in terms of that application, against the respondent’s name on the basis that the name does not satisfy the requirements of section 11(2)(a)(iii), alternatively sections 11(2)(b)(iii) and 11(2)(c)(i) of the Companies Act (the Main Application).
