INTRODUCTION:
[1] The Applicant resides at 3 Chardonnay, Braambos Road, Glen Marais, Kempton Park,
brings an application in terms of an unknown section of the Act under cover of Form
CTR 142 and a supporting affidavit that the name “Debt Wizard South Africa” be
reserved as his company name which CIPC has refused to reserve (on the basis that a
comparative name “Debt Whizz” exists on its records.
