The Applicant is ALTA VAN DER WALT, adult femme sole, of Gezina, Pretoria, South Africa, brings an application in terms of Section 180 –Section 184 of the Companies Act (erroneously) under cover of Form CTR 142 and later under cover of CTR 145 and a supporting affidavit that the name “DAISY HOUSE ” be reserved as a company name for a company for which she has applied for and which CIPC has refused to reserve on the basis that comparative names exists on the CIPC database, that is, “DAISY HOME DEVELOPERS; DAISY’S HOME INDUSTRY; and DAISYFRESH HOME PRODUCTS”.
