This is an application for:
- a default order against the Second Respondent determining that the Second Respondent’s name does not satisfy the requirements of the Act;
- an administrative order directing the Second Respondent to choose a new name and to file an amended memorandum of incorporation.
- the First Respondent to issue a Compliance Notice to Second Respondent.
The application is based on Sections 11 and 160 read with Regulation 153 of the Act.
