On 24 November 2021, Applicant applied to the Companies Tribunal for an order modifying or cancelling the decision taken by CIPC on 8 October 2021 (“the decision”), not to investigate Applicant’s complaint that he was fraudulently removed as director of the company and replaced by another person.
