This is an application brought in terms of section 160 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”), read with section 11 of the Act. The Applicant alleges that the name of the Respondent does not satisfy the requirements of section 11 of the Act and that the Respondent should be directed to select a new name, as contemplated in section 160(3)(ii) of the Act.
