This is an application for an order compelling CIPC to approve the name reservation and allow Xoffice to change its name from Xoffice Stationers Ck 202/0885843/07 to Xoffice (Pty) Ltd 2012/085842/07. The reservation of the name was refused by CIPC on 15th January 2015, on form COR 9.5 that a comparative name exists.
