first applicant is the exclusive licensee in South Africa of the second applicant for the use of the registered trade mark “SKYBRIDGE” belonging to the second applicant. The second applicant is the sole member of the first applicant. Is his affidavit in support of this application, the second applicant states that his business is in “telecommunication, primarily with satellite, antennae, television and video equipment as well as the services, installations and training thereof”.
