The Deponent to the founding affidavit is Mr Joshua Idowu Oni, who is the
Applicant in this matter, and who avers that he applied for the reservation of a name
ONI AND COMPANY INCORPORATED and received a response thereto, from the
CIPC refusing his name reservation because the name is confusingly similar to other
names which are already on its database.
