The applicant applied on 1 June 2021 to this Tribunal in terms of s172 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”) for an order modifying the decision taken by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) on 9 May 2021 (“the decision”).
