The applicant has f i led this application in terms of S.11 (2) (a) , 11(2) (b) and or 11(2) (c) ( i ) of the Companies Act , and requests that the Tribunal directs the respondent , in terms of S.160(3) (b) ( i i) of the Act, to choose a new statutorily compliant name as provided for in terms of regulation 156 of the Companies Regulations, 2011. The applicant therefore requests that the Tribunal grant the relief sought , ordering the respondent to choose a new name.
