Application for the removal of the respondent as the director of the company called Shirinda Trading and Projects (Pty) Ltd in terms of section 71(8) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 –the respondent alleged to have neglected to fulfill his role and perform his duties as the director of the company and thus hindering the conduct of the business of the company –the applicant required to establish that the respondent has neglected or has been in derelict of his functions as a director, as envisaged by section 71(3)(b) of the Companies Act–held that the application is granted and the respondent is removed as the director of the company
